Things to Remember:

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

Parking: You have one reserved parking space labeled with the #5. Your parking space is located right next to Corinthian Ave, which is the first street parallel to the ocean.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Welcome Bag: A starter kit of essentials is provided to help you settle in until you can restock locally.

Beach Essentials: The property includes lounge chairs & umbrellas supplied (setup for guests from Father's Day - Labor Day).  We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Non-Smoking Policy: All properties are smoke-free a $500 fee applies for any violations.

Guests have access to shared amenities including outdoor pool and hot tub, offering great options for relaxation. Additional features include central air conditioning, free high speed WiFi, and an in unit washer for added convenience. A hairdryer is also provided for your stay.

Pool Availability Notice: Please note that pool access is seasonal and subject to weather conditions. The pool may be closed during the off-season, during periods of inclement weather, or for routine maintenance, and availability is subject to the property or community's operating dates and discretion.

Hassle-Free Trash Collection:
We’ll place bins at the curb for collection and return them to the side of the house so you can focus on fun, not chores.
