Why We Love It
This fourth floor Sea Mist residence is beautifully decorated and very well cared for. Enjoy ocean views on the south side of the building from your private, wraparound veranda! This residence has granite countertops, beautiful hardwood flooring, Viking appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, large breakfast bar, and Waterworks Carrera marble in the bathrooms. Residence 412 has four flat-screen TVs and wireless internet. Amenities include: Private beach, infinity-edge pool, heated jacuzzi, children's pool, fitness center, sauna, and game room!
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, contingent on The Grand's management.
