The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove cooktop, oven, microwave, and both a Keurig (single cup) and drip coffee maker, perfect for starting your mornings. Stay cool during the warmer months with central air conditioning, and enjoy the convenience of driveway parking. Step outside to fire up the charcoal grill or rinse off after a beach day using the outdoor shower.

Hassle-Free Trash Collection: We’ll place the bins at the curb for collection and return them to the house so you can focus on relaxing and having fun, not chores.

Safety Features: Safety is prioritized with features like a fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and a carbon monoxide detector.
