Why We Love It
Enjoy this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath residence with amazing ocean views from the south side of the building. Residence 1108 has great sleeping arrangements, helping to ensure a comfortable stay. Take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen with a Viking range, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and granite countertops. Amenities include: private beach with lounge chair & umbrella service, the beachfront infinity-edge pool, hot tub, children's pool, BBQ grills, fitness center, saunas, and game room! Additionally, there is on-site management and security throughout the summer months.
Please note there is a new desk and chair in both the master and second bedroom, also there is now a full-height golden mirror in the master bedroom! The screen door in the living room was rescreened, and there are also two new twin mattresses.
Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day contingent on The Grand management.
