Welcome Bag: We’ve prepared a welcome bag with essential items to help you settle in until you can grab more of your favorites at the store.



Bed Linens & Bath Towels: Bed linens and bath towels are included and will be set up in the unit prior to arrival. Comforters and pillows are supplied.

Need Beach Essentials? We can also arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other essentials.



Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

This one-bedroom condo comfortably accommodates up to seven guests with a flexible setup that works well for families and groups. The bedroom includes a queen bed plus a bunk bed (twin over queen), and the living room provides additional sleeping space with a queen sleeper sofa.

Step outside to your private patio to enjoy morning coffee, a quiet moment with a book, or an evening wind-down after a day at the beach.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and cooking basics, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks throughout your stay. Gather in the dining area to share meals and plan your next day of adventure.



Guests can also enjoy the heated outdoor communal pool for a refreshing dip, plus onsite extras including a barbecue grill and washing facilities to make your stay even more convenient.
