Welcome Bag: We’ve prepared a welcome bag with essential items to help you settle in until you can grab more of your favorites at the store.
Please note: Unit 4 is the top floor unit up the staircase.
Parking: 2 parking spaces are located front to back on the far left-hand side of the driveway when facing the property. It's important that you park in the dedicated spaces on the left-hand side of the driveway, since there are a couple year-round tenants at the property who also use the driveway for parking.
Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.
Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.
Beach Essentials: We can arrange the delivery of additional beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach essentials prior to your arrival for an additional fee.
Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.
