Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old. The guest signing the lease must be present at the property throughout the duration of the trip.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to help kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Linens and Towels: Bed Linens and Bath Towels are included and will be set up prior to your arrival.

Beach Essentials: The property includes 5 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.

Parking: 2 parking spaces are available, plus additional street parking on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to local parking regulations.
