You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen service onto your reservation for an additional price. If adding one of our linen services, the linens & towels will be prepared prior to your arrival.

The thoughtfully designed layout allows water views from multiple sides of the residence, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout.

Guests enjoy exceptional amenities including a private beach with lounge chair and umbrella service, beachfront infinity-edge pool, children’s pool, heated Jacuzzi, fitness center, sauna, game room, outdoor showers, and an elegant lobby lounge area. The residence also includes a full laundry room and a well-equipped kitchen with premium appliances including a self-cleaning oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note all residences are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Beach Lounge Chair & Umbrella Service is available full-time from Father's Day to Labor Day, contingent on The Grand's management.
