Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Parking: Two labeled parking spaces are available for your convenience. There is one parking space is labeled 201. The second parking space is also labeled 201 and has a handicap sign. No parking passes are required.
 
Parking policies: Do not park in the rear stone area or remove the safety cones. This area is not an overflow parking area and must remain clear at all times to allow access to the common outdoor shower and shared areas. Do not park in front of the assigned parking spaces on the stone area, as this blocks access and creates a safety hazard for other residents and guests.
 
Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Beach Essentials: The property includes 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your convenience. We can also arrange the delivery of any additional chairs, umbrellas, or other beach essentials for an additional fee.
